Personal Training

We offer two session types: 30 minutes and 50 minutes, depending on whether that particular session is being combined with one of the other services we offer.


Physical activity doesn't just have to take place in a brick-and-mortar fitness facility using weights. Interested in trying alternative forms of activity like yoga? Hiking? Rock climbing? Exercising in your garage? The park? Let's get creative! The world is our playground. When you work with us, you will receive an exercise program that meets you where you are. All activity will be designed around your risk factors, your goals, your fitness level and your comfort level.

We take your journey seriously. While all sessions will be fun, safe, and within your limits, they will also be appropriately challenging to ensure you see effective results. Feel uncomfortable with an exercise, a location, etc? Let us know, we are happy to improvise if it means you're comfortable!
